ICP Builders was hired to do a complete remodel in a ranch style house built in the 90’s in Cincinnati. This included a total gut of the existing house, adding on a new master suite as well as a 3rd car garage. They called on Pad By Lilly Design to create a home that met the needs of the owners. This included opening much of the house to offer an inviting feel and experience to not only the family, but to their guests.
The new hardwood floors married perfectly with the warm tones of the cabinetry as well as the natural woodwork. A walk-in pantry provided much needed storage to the kitchen.
The stone surrounding both fireplaces (living room and family room) offered an element that created a focus to both rooms.
This featured project took approximately 12 months to complete.
